A flood in the unit above spelled trouble for this first floor apartment.

Imagine this, you've had a long day at work, you're tired, and all you want to do it go home, make some dinner and relax. Well, unfortunately for you, your neighbors upstairs have other plans. As you stand in the kitchen getting ready to cook, you notice some drips coming from the ceiling. Then before you know it, your kitchen ceiling begins to fall!
