Water Damage in Commercial Office Building

This flooded commercial office building is the result of sprinkler heads that went off because of the heat in the building-this happened during normal business hours. The fire department was called out to make sure everyone was safe. Once they made that determination SERVPRO of Woodridge/Bolingbrook was called out to start assessing the situation.  Per guidelines, we received the call at 3:30 pm and were onsite by 4:00pm - well within the 4 hour standard.  The company's employees were outside in the parking lot- not real sure what to do next.  We came in and assessed and began the mitigation process.  There was much relief from the client's stand point to see how we handled the situation with confidence, ease and teamwork.  We made an extremely stressful situation much less demanding on the client.  Everyone was happy in the end.
