Basement Flood

An basement located in Plainfield was flooded due to water coming from the bathroom. Children toys were affected and a rug was completely in water. With in an hour SERVPRO came out and started to extract the water in the basement. Using an portable extractor the team was able to get out the standing water. Our team also got the affected toys and brought them to a dry position. With the water gone, SERVPRO was able to spray antimicrobial to the affected area preventing any chances of mold in the basement. The team set up equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers were set in order to get the most of drying in the basement.
